Delivery Policy
I personally deliver your order to the address provided to allow perfect handling and transport for my products.
My deliver fees are as follows

If you are buying a product that is to be delivered, please read the full information in the products description before ordering to understand our shipping/processing timelines.
Someone will need to be home for handover unless authorised in the delivery notes that I can leave my products in a safe location.
If there is no-one available for handover, I will leave a card with information on how to pick-up. Delivery fee is non-refundable.
Pick Up Service Policy
Once your order is ready for pickup, we will send you a confirmation email with pickup details.
Pick up from Swanson, West Auckland (Free)
With bake sales, I have specific times to pick up your products. Please follow the directions in your email.
It's important you are on time for pick-ups as we organise our days around the time selected, please send us an email or give us a call if you might be late.
